Refund Policy

All treatments, procedures and/or pre-paid packages/deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE.

Packages are non-transferable and must be used within one year from date of purchase.

Credit from prepaid treatments, procedures and/or packages may be applied toward other formats of treatment. Credit can only be given to and used by the original purchaser.

In the event, a package is partially used and the purchaser requests credit for the remainder of treatment, credit will be issued less the full price of treatments received prior to requesting credit.
